Decadent Chocolate Squares

CHOCOLATE
Melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Ceremonial Cacao
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut manna (manna is also known as coconut spread)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or other granular sweetener)
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- Garnish options: coconut flakes, diced hazelnut, salt, orange peel
Directions
- Melt coconut oil & manna to liquid consistency in a double boiler, being careful not to burn
- Once liquid, add maple syrup. Keep heat low to not overdo the maple syrup
- Add cacao shavings and coconut sugar and stir until smooth. A whisk or fork for a minute or two works well
- Add vanilla and stir again
- Pour into a silicone mold & place in the fridge until hard.
- If you don't have molds, simply pour into a container, and then slice squares once hard
- Garnish and serve!
