Daily Cacao Smoothie
10 MINS TO PREPARE
A morning breakfast on the go.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup water (ice if you want it cold)
- Small handful (0.5-1.0 oz / 1.5-3 tbsp) ceremonial cacao
- Pinch of hemp seeds and/or chia seeds
- A couple tbsps of coconut milk
- Additional sweetener to taste
- Optional: a handful of frozen blueberries
- Optional: vanilla, cinnamon or cayenne
- Optional: maca powder, goji berries or other high powered foods
- Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth
