Cancellation & Refund Policy

For All Courses & Programs

Program tuition includes a 25% non-refundable deposit up front. Less than 30 days before the retreat, 50% of tuition is refundable. Less than 2 weeks before the retreat, tuition is non-refundable unless we find a replacement participant. If we cannot find a replacement, there are no refunds at that point.

We will do our best to find a replacement and opt to refund you the full amount if we can. The cancellation policy is set up to make sure we don’t have last minute cancellations we can’t replace that leave us with the financial hardship.
